Questions?

Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.

  • You will get the most out of therapy by finding a therapist that you truly connect with. Please reach out via email, phone or the contact page here to arrange a 15-20 min free consultation to find out if I’m the right therapist for you. Don’t worry if I’m not then I will happily refer you to other great therapists in my network.

  • Both, I have some limited availability for in- person sessions at my office in Oldsmar, FL. I provide online therapy for clients located in CA, TN and all across FL.

Yes, research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many individuals. Online therapy allows busy individuals the flexibility of accessing therapy when and where it is most convenient for them. Please be mindful that the client must be physically located in one of the three states (FL, CA, TN) I am licensed in at the time of services.

  • Online therapy can be a great option for many individuals, but it might not be suitable for everyone. If you have severe mental health issues, suicidal thoughts, or are in crisis, online therapy might not be the best fit. We can discuss your individual situation during the initial consultation.

  • I am paneled with Employee Assistance Programs including Lyra, Modern Health, and Samata Health. I do not accept commercial insurance, however I am happy to provide you with a detailed invoice that can be used so that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • My rates vary by session length and are between $165- $240 per session. Please inquire about rates during your initial contact.

  • The initial appointment is an opportunity to begin to establish rapport, get more background information, discuss your goals for therapy, and address any questions or concerns you might have.

  • The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on a range of factors, including your goals, the nature of your concerns, your progress, and your personal preferences. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and the timeline can differ significantly from person to person. During our consultation call I can discuss my impressions of your individual needs and potential length of treatment.
